Make Your Plate is a weekly program held in the dining center. The goal is to help students design a healthy plate before ordering their food. The H.E.R.O.E.S. use Harvard's Healthy Eating Plate to provide participants with strategies for designing a balanced meal.

Mondays: Noon-1 p.m.
Tuesdays: 11 a.m. to Noon
We change the Make Your Plate schedule on a monthly basis. If you would like to suggest a day/time, contact us.
